This is a 30-40 min phone session where you call Emily at the booked time for the session. Please note that giving specific information about the body is difficult in distance work, as energy can be more symbolic when done in this way, and can involve energy or body structures that you may not be familiar with; in these cases in-clinic appointments are best.
